I’m about to spill the beans about how I lost all of my fat, which then rapidly changed my life around for the better.
But what I’m going to do first is give you a few weight loss tips that I picked up on the way which I think are the most important ones before you start on weight loss meal plans.

1) Low Calorite Diets Do NOT work
You cannot lose weight by starving yourself, I learnt that your body adjusts your metabolism by burning less or more calories per day depending on how much you eat.
2) Low Fat Diets Do NOT work
Virtually every person in today’s society is buying these “low fat” or “non fat” foods at the grocery store. However, people are still getting fatter than ever before by doing this and are not losing weight by switching to the “low fat lifestyle”
3) Low CARB Diets Make You MISERABLE
Low carb diets drain most of your energy and can leave you feeling awful each day. Some of the several popular low carb diets are so strict that you cannot even eat a large apple during the first couple of weeks! It’s true.
